BOOKING & DEPOSIT
All initial appointments require a non-refundable RM200 deposit per procedure, deducted from the total treatment cost.
Please double-check your availability before booking. Appointment slots are held for up to 24 hours while awaiting payment. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and the studio confirms your appointment.

RESCHEDULING & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Please provide at least seven days' notice to reschedule. With at least seven days' notice, your existing deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
Changes with less than seven days' notice or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A new RM200 deposit per procedure is required to book again.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to avoid delating other clients. Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. Please contact the studio as soon as possible if you anticipate a delay.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
