The studio collects information you provide through WhatsApp, email, consultation forms. This may include your name, contact details, appointment information, payment receipts, treatment history and photographs.
Relevant health information may be requested to assess suitability. Separate explicit consent will be requested for processing sensitive information.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess suitability, arrange appointments, confirm payments, maintain treatment records and provide aftercare support.

PHOTOGRAPHY & YOUR CHOICES
Full-face and close-up photographs may be requested or taken for assessment, treatment planning, progress monitoring and treatment records. Photography consent is requested seperately.
Permission to publish is separate. Images will only be used on the website, social media, advertising or educational materials within the scope of your expression permission.
You may decline public use without affecting treatment. Contact the studio to withdraw permission for future use or request removal from studio-controlled channels. Copies shared by others may remain outside its control.

SHARING & SERVICE PROVIDERS
Information may be handled by providers supporting communication, website hosting, payments and record storage, where necessary. These may include WhatsApp, Wix, email providers, banks and payment processors.
Their privacy policies also apply. Disclosure may occur where required by law or for legal claims. Overseas processing is subject to applicable data protection requirements.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse and disclosure. Access is limited to those who need it.

Appointments are currently arranged through WhatsApp. The website is hosted on Wix and may use cookies for website aperation.
