Please read these terms before booking a service.

APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS
The studio operates by appointment only. Bookings are arranged through WhatsApp and confirmed by the studio after the required deposit is received.
Please refer to our Booking Terms for deposits, rescheduling, missed appointments and late arrivals.

CONSULTATION & SUITABILITY
Recommendations depend on your needs, skin condition, previous procedures and assessment. Please provide accurate information about relevant health conditions, allergies, medication and previous treatments.
Inform the studio of any charges before your appointment. Unsuitable treatments may be postponed or declined. Any effect on your booking or payment will be discussed with you.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR TREATMENT
The treatment plan, expected healing, aftercare, relevant risks and limitations will be explained before proceeding. Please ask questions if anything is unclear. Treatment proceeds only after you agree to the plan and complete the relevant consent form.

RESULTS & HEALING
Results and healing times vary. Skin condition, previous work, lifestyle and aftercare can affect the outcome. Website photographs show individual examples and do not promise identical results.
Additional sessions or maintenance may be recommended. Related charges will be explained before you agree to proceed.

AFTERCARE & FOLLOW-UP
Please follow the preparation and aftercare instructions provided. Contact the studio promptly with concerns about healing or results. Clear photographs may be requested for review.
Touch-up eligibility, timing and fees depend on the service and will be explained before treatment.

PRICES & PAYMENTS
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Treatment prices, included items and additional charges will be confirmed before you proceed.
Payment plans and promotions follow the terms explained when booking. Advertised price changes do not change an agreed price for a confirmed booking unless you agree to a revised service.

PHOTOGRAPHS & PRIVACY
Personal information and treatment photographs are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Permission to use photographs publicly is requested separately. Agreeing to treatment does not automatically mean agreeing to appear on the website or social media.

Website information helps explain the services available. It does not replace an individual assessment or medical advice. Please do not copy or republish the studio's original photographs, written content or branding for commercial purposes without permission.
